Why don't I need a prescription to buy your products?
A prescription is not required as we are an Oceania-based company and operate under different laws and regulations. Non-controlled medications can be legally imported into a number of countries (depending on their respective legislation) by individuals for their personal use.

Do I need to have a medical evaluation?
A medical evaluation is not needed. We do however strongly recommend you inform your doctor or healthcare provider of all medication you are taking or planning to take, whether prescribed or non-prescription. Always consult your doctor or healthcare provider prior to starting any new course of medication.

Are the products that you sell Genuine or Generic?
The pharmaceutical products we supply are all genuine branded products, unless otherwise clearly stated on our website. The packaging may differ slightly from what you are accustomed to. This is due to the fact that we are based in Oceania and source from countries where packaging laws and branding can differ.

Are the products you sell within their expiration dates?
We do not sell prescription medication that is past its expiry date. It would be illegal to do so.

Do you guarantee I will receive my order?
If for any reason your order does not arrive we will happily refund amount of your purchase. Alternatively, if you prefer, we can arrange a replacement order be shipped to you.

Is it legal to order medications like this?
It is legal in most countries around the world to import medication for personal use, including the UK.

Are the medications you ship the same quality as the ones I buy at the local chemist?
We only supply medications manufactured and marketed by leading international pharmaceutical companies. As a result you can be assured of receiving the highest quality medications.

Will you accept my health insurance as payment?
We do not have any arrangements with health insurance companies or PBMs (Prescription Benefit Management companies) for prescription medication coverage.

What currency are the prices in?
All prices listed on our website are in British Pounds (GBP).

How much is shipping?
The cost of standard airmail (7-14 business days) is 12 GBP per order. We also offer an express shipping service (3-7 business days) using EMS couriers for 30 GBP per order.

Do you have an express shipping option?
We offer express shipping at a cost of 20 GBP using EMS couriers. Shipping using this service takes between 3 and 7 business days.

Please note that when you select the EMS express shipping option, we must describe the contents of the package on the package documentation, meaning this option is not for those who need discreet packaging.

Also note that selecting the EMS express shipping option does not exclude your items from the risk of being delayed either by customs when leaving Hong Kong, or entering your order's destination country. So whilst our customers usually receive orders within one week when selecting the EMS express shipping option, we are unfortunately unable to guarentee any specific delivery period.

How long does it take to deliver?
Our standard airmail takes 7-14 business days, and our express shipping option takes between 3 and 7 working days.

Will I be liable for international taxes, duties and customs Fees?
Yes. Any Tax, duty, charge or fee incurred by importing your order into the UK is the responsibility of you, the customer. If you wish to learn more, please contact HM Revenue & Customs.

Do you charge a consultation fee?
We charge no consultation fee.

Do you ship overseas?
Unfortunately we only ship to customers located in the United Kingdom.

How do I place an order, or re-order a product I've ordered in the past?
To place an order add the items you wish to order to your shopping cart, proceed to check out, and follow the instructions provided to complete the transaction.

If you have ordered from us in the past, and would like repeat a previous order, fill out the online form and include your customer number. Alternatively, you can email us directly with your order.

I haven't received an email confirmation of my order and it's been over 24 hours, where is it?
We aim to process all orders within 24 hours, after which you should have received your order confirmation. Due to the large volume of emails we send and receive we do sometimes experience delays. Also, due to the industry which we are involved in, some ISPs (Internet Service Providers) and email hosts may treat us as spam and block our emails.

Always check your junk and spam folders in case our email has been filtered into one of these. You may also check with your ISP or email provider to ensure they have not blocked our emails.

If 48 hours have passed and you still cannot find your order confirmation email, please contact our customer service team.

Why won't you reply to my emails?
As described in the above answer, it is possible our email has been filtered into your spam or junk folder. It is also possible your ISP has blocked emails from us completely.

Do you offer any alternative payment methods beside payment by credit card?
You can also pay for your order by wire transfer. To do this you simply place your order as normal selecting "Wire Transfer" as your preferred payment method. We will then send you the appropriate information and instructions for you to proceed.

Do the products arrive discreetly packaged?
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Everything we send by regular airmail is packed in regular, plain cardboard boxes with no reference to "medicine" or "pharmacy". The customs declaration sticker which we are required to attach to package classifies the contents as "bodycare products".

Unfortunately orders sent using EMS (express) shipping option must display the exact product(s) contained on the package's documentation.

Will I be sent junk mail, or have my personal details passed on to any third-parties?
We do not send promotional junk mail to our customers, and we do not share any personal details of any kind with any third-parties.

Do the photos or images give a true representation of the product(s) I will receive?
Please note that all photos and images of products contained on this website are for reference only, and maybe not reflect the true nature of the products for sale. Packaging and quantity for sale in particular may vary from the photo or image provided. If in doubt, always follow the written description of the product for guidance.

Seasonal and unavoidable delivery delays
Delays of delivery will most likely happened during busy period of the year.
The will most likely happen during Christmas and Easter holidays.

Delays can also occur during unexpected and uncontrollable events, such as weather problem, nation or international events which cause the destination country’s security to be tightened.
Postal strikes and other logistic problem may also cause delays.
We will try our best to put up information regarding these issues when they appear, so our customers are kept up to date.

If you are unsure regarding the whereabouts of your order, just email us and we will help you get the most updated information from the postal service and resolve the problem.

During the above mentioned times, we would like to ask our customers to give the postage service a bit more time to sort out the delivery. So the delivery times will be change to below:
