Shipping Policy

All orders are posted using registered mail, allowing us to track an order if needed. We also offer an express delivery service for any urgent medication. This service costs 20.00.

If you do not receive your order within 14 business days of shipping, please contact us. Our customer service team assist you in locating the problem.

If you are considering a charge-back against your credit card for any reason, please contact us first. We will do our best to resolve any issues you have with your order.

As the customer and recipient you are responsible for any VAT, duties, fees or charges of any kind which are incurred as a result of importing the products you have ordered. If you require more information, please contact HM Revenue & Customs.


Return Policy

We endeavor to ensure your orders reach you in good condition. If you receive your order and the products are damaged and we are at fault, we will gladly refund the full cost of your affected purchase and any shipping fee you have paid.

To ensure you receive the correct refund amount, please return the products as instructed. When returning an item, please ensure it is in its original packaging and has not been opened or used.

Upon receipt of the returned item(s) we will inspect the returned items, and if satisfied we will process your refund back to you.

Please note, whilst we will refund original shipping charges for refunds as a result of our error, we do not for other refunds.


Exchange Policy

Unfortunately, we do not offer any type of exchanges and have no plans for allowing exchanges in the future.


Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order you have placed, please contact us as soon as possible so we can attempt to stop it being sent to you.

Whilst we cannot promise your order can be cancelled, we will endeavor to halt the shipment. Unfortunately once an order has been shipped we cannot edit, modify, or otherwise change the order.


Backorder Policy

If you order any item that is not immediately available for shipment, you will receive an email from our customer service team within 48 hours to confirm with you whether we should cancel the order or put it on hold. Until we receive this confirmation the order will be kept on hold.
